Horia Tecau is a member of the Romanian Davis Cup Team that will
be competing once again in the 2009 World Group. Tecau was a
Junior Wimbledon Doubles Champion in 2003 and possesses one of
the biggest serves on Tour.
Horia is currently 100% committed to the ATP Doubles circuit, and
soon will stamp his name among the top Romanian champions. The
